Important Update: Canada Post Strike

Dear Customers,

We want to inform you about the current situation with Canada Post. From Friday, Nov 15, Canada Post workers are on strike.

Impact on orders and shipping:

• Shipping delays: Due to the strike, Canada Post is not accepting packages for shipment within Canada or to international destinations. We will ship your orders as soon as Canada Post resumes operations.
• Shipping update: To ensure your orders are shipped without delay, we have switched to alternative shipping companies such as UPS and Sendle. Please note that delivery timelines may vary, especially during this busy Black Friday period, when increased demand may lead to longer delivery times.
• Delivery to Europe, UK, Australia, Japan, and other countries (excluding US, CA) is currently on pause due to the high cost of shipping to these regions with alternative carriers (like UPS, DHL). We are preparing your orders as usual, but they will be shipped as soon as Canada Post resumes operations.

We deeply appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. Please know that we are doing everything we can to minimize disruptions.
