Important Update for Our Customers in the USA

Important Update for Our Customers in the USA

Starting August 29, 2025, important changes will take effect for all international packages shipped to the United States.

End of the $800 Duty-Free Threshold

Until now, U.S. customers could receive international orders valued under $800 without paying any duties or taxes. Beginning August 29, 2025, this rule will no longer apply: every package entering the United States will be subject to customs duties.

📦 Postal Shipments (USPS and National Postal Services)

Suppose an order is sent using regular postal services, temporary fixed customs fees will apply: $80, $160, or $200 per package, depending on the product category.

⚠️ Important: This system will only be in effect for six months. After February 28, 2026, postal shipments will also switch to percentage-based customs charges, just like courier services.

This means that even small, low-value orders may incur high additional costs during this temporary period.

👍 Courier Services (UPS, DHL, FedEx)

When using courier companies, these fixed $80/$160/$200 fees do not apply.
Instead, customs charges are calculated as a percentage of the order’s value (according to U.S. customs regulations). This makes courier delivery much more cost-effective, especially for small orders.

Our New Shipping Policy

To protect our customers from unnecessary fixed fees, we are changing our shipping method:
  • Starting August 25, 2025, all orders to the USA will be shipped exclusively via UPS.
This ensures that you will only pay duties based on the actual value of your order, without the risk of additional fixed fees of $80, $160, or $200.

Summary

  • From August 29, 2025, all imports into the U.S. will be subject to customs duties.
  • Postal shipments will face fixed charges of $80–$200 per package during a temporary period.
  • Courier services (UPS, DHL, FedEx) avoid these fixed charges and apply only a value-based percentage.
  • Starting August 25, 2025, we will ship all U.S. orders exclusively via UPS.
We are committed to making international shipping as smooth and affordable as possible, and this change will help our customers in the USA avoid unnecessary extra costs.
